An exciting independent business that develops solutions that change the way businesses interact with their data within the Tech and Security space. The role requires an individual who can lead and work closely with architects and other engineers to deliver resilient solutions in a team oriented environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understand business goals and drivers and translate those into an appropriate technical solutions

• Gather technical requirements, assess capabilities and provide appropriate cloud solution recommendations and adoption strategy

• Contribute to cloud strategy discussions and decisions on overall Cloud design and best approach for implementing cloud solutions.

• Focus on continuous improvement practices as required to meet system resiliency imperatives

• Establish the appropriate monitoring and alerting of solution events related to performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.

• Design, test and support solutions resiliency in the Cloud and on premises

• Mentor, lead and manage a team of engineers

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design & implementation of distributed applications

• Minimum of 2 years’ AWS experience in developing and delivering AWS solutions

• In-depth, hands-on expertise in Node. js , React Native, Android

• Must Have: AWS Development Experience

• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud environment

• Knowledge of AWS cloud monitoring tools 

• Must be comfortable managing a team

• Strong troubleshooting skills

Package & Remuneration

R 850 – 950,000 CTC per annum
