Chief Financial Officer required for a Pretoria based well established, entrepreneurial Private Equity firm.

This role focuses on an E-commerce / FMCG company within their portfolio. They are poised for exceptional growth within this fairly new fund and are looking for a CFO who is passionate to drive the business and be responsible for financial strategy and financial planning and analysis. Reporting to the board, you will be part of a close-knit team and will need to drive business partnering and strategic decision making as the company grows.

Requirements:

• Previous experience- CFO or FD experience; Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and investor relations is highly desirable as is E-Commerce / FMCG exposure.

Offer: Negotiable depending on experience
