About The Role

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to take on full responsibility for developing innovative tech solutions and leading the technology strategy and team. You will lead in helping to build out the MVP further, continuously drive innovation by proposing and building new features aligned with our customer needs, contributing to design and building out the technology team.

We are looking for:

• Exceptional track record building and implementing end-to-end Flutter projects (experience on Kotlin or Swift also considered), in a high performing culture and fast paced environment, preferably in start-ups and scale ups.
• Track record in the IT field software development life cycle and proven experience incorporating strategies to accelerate time-to-market
• Resourceful and troubleshooting team player with excellent leadership skills. Strong experience in technology leadership roles in start-ups, including experience scaling a growing team and driving company-wide sales strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams (5-8+ years of demonstrated experience)
• Goal orientation, ability to deliver results, driven by excellence, detail-oriented. Track record building innovative tech solutions using agile methodologies and sprints
• Excellent attitude, flexibility and desire to influence the creation of an exciting, high growth potential & purpose driven business
• Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
• Well-versed in current technological trends and desire to get upskilled in new technologies and languages and familiar with business concepts
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, preferably with strong academic background
